All plushies are handmade and may vary slightly. Please note there is limited stock on items. Items may need to created prior to shipping. Please allow 5 business days from the time the order is placed. All products will ship from Buffalo, NY.

Custom Orders

I welcome custom orders! If you would like to change the color of one of the items I offer or even if you have a new request, please fill out the custom order request form. Please note while I will do what I can to accommodate the request, I cannot guarantee acceptance of a custom order. I can only take on a limited number of customs at a time. If your request is accepted, you will receive confirmation and further details regarding payment and completion time.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, refunds and exchanges are not available. However, if you receive your product and there is an issue, please contact by email at honeybeezcrochet@gmail.com. Please include your name and order# and I will respond within 1-2 business days.
